Access of some sort is now common, and often cheap. Big change from 8 years ago when we first arrived. Ask at reception or when making a booking.

HiNet
James Davison emails we are installing a wireless network that will span from Jubilee Pocket, Airlie Beach and Cannonvale/Cannon Valley. We now have ADSL available (through our part owned Powerband) in Cannonvale, Cannon Valley and Woodwark. HiNet are a locally owned ISP at Hillcrest Avenue, Airlie Beach. They have prepaid last mile Wireless broadband, VoIP, and cover several of the Whitsunday Islands, such as Hayman, Hamilton, Long island and Lindeman (Club Med).

Full service telecommunications and internet service provider company. Fixed wire connections, mobile phone plans, ISP packages. Personal service from Leo Rodriguez and Sara Cuss. Local Whitsunday business founded by Leo Rodriguez in 2004. My personal experience as a retired geek is that Leo went the extra distance for a customer who had connection trouble during the changeover from Internet Whitsunday. Phone 1300 857863
